ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
DoLess Pty Ltd, owns and provides various websites, services, and software that facilitate online scheduling of appointments and voucher sales (collectively, the “Services”). We sincerely hope you enjoy the Services and continue to use them. By accessing and using the Services you accept and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below (the “Privacy Policy”). In this policy, we may refer to DoLess Pty Ltd, as “DoLess,” “us,” or “we.” Any and all use of the Services is subject to this policy. If you do not agree to be subject to this policy, do not use the Services. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
DoLess reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, update, add, or remove portions of the Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice to you. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of those changes.
2. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This Notice explains how we obtain, use and disclose your personal information, in accordance with the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).
Doless is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is collected and used properly, lawfully and transparently.

3.1. By providing your personal information to DoLess you acknowledge that it has been collected directly from you and consent to its processing by DoLess.
3.2. Where you submit personal information (such as name, cellphone number and email address) via the app (e.g. through completing any online form) the following principles are observed in the processing of that information:
3.2.1. DoLess will only collect personal information for a purpose consistent with the purpose for which it is required. The specific purpose for which information is
collected will be apparent from the context in which it is requested.
3.2.2. DoLess will only process personal information in a manner that is adequate, relevant and not excessive in the context of the purpose for which it is processed.
3.2.3. Personal information will only be processed for a purpose compatible with that for which it was collected, unless you have agreed to an alternative purpose in writing
or DoLess is permitted in terms of national legislation of general application dealing primarily with the protection of personal information.
3.2.4. DoLess will not disclose any personal information relating to you to any third party unless your prior written agreement is obtained or DoLess is required to do so by
law.
3.2.5. DoLess will destroy or delete any personal information that is no longer needed by DoLess for the purpose it was initially collected, or subsequently processed.
